Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake | 11/10/04
So I bake this excellent Oreo Cheesecake for Bob's Veteran's Day party...except I forgot to add the chocolate. How stupid is that? Now I'm trying to decide if I should try to make a rush glaze, or just suck it up and leave it as it is. It still has an oreo crust with chopped oreos inside of it--so it's not just going to be cheesecakey. But still...I've never had it without the chocolate--what if it's gross? No one wants that. And I need to make a good baking-impression.
